You will report to the Head of FP&A Europe and support the production of consolidated financial information for the Gen II Group. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally FP&A.
• Experience owning and delivering high-quality reports and managing budgets and 5-year planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting framework for key stakeholders.
• Support Head of FP&A Europe in business planning with detailed modelling and analysis.
• Assist in quarterly re-forecasting including revenue, direct cost, and operating cost forecasts.
• Develop and build the Staff cost model with KPI analyses and budget variances.
