A leading company in the water and wastewater sector is seeking a Senior FP&A Change Management Specialist for a hybrid role in Reading. This position focuses on driving change management initiatives within the Finance function, including implementing new systems and improving existing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning finance leaders, delivering training, and measuring the impact of change initiatives. Reporting to the FP&A Programme Lead, Project Leads, and FP&A teams, this role will drive change management for the Finance workstream, defining, designing, and executing strategic engagement and interventions across diverse stakeholders.
The programme includes initiatives such as implementing a new financial planning system, improving existing processes and system capabilities, and delivering business-wide training to enhance budget accountability.
This role supports Thames Water's foundational capabilities as part of the Turnaround Plan.
