We are delighted to be partnering with a market-leading UK PLC on a transformation journey within their People function, who are looking to appoint a HR Change Partner to lead and drive the execution of strategic people-focused initiatives. Reporting into a brilliant HR leader, this role is an opportunity for someone to come onboard and grow within the organisation.

To be considered for this role:

• You will be an experienced HR generalist with a strong background in transformation or change programs, with a deep understanding of change management principles
• Experience in HR tech change programs or experience in using HRIS to support change programs
• Self-starter and ability to work autonomously
• High EQ to understand the business and stakeholder needs
• Ability to quickly engage and get buy-in from internal stakeholders
