Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Copperleaf finance team in the UK. You will forecast, plan, and report, owning forecasting areas and commercial analysis, while collaborating with global colleagues across time zones.

You will be a trusted finance business partner, turning data into insights, mentoring juniors, and driving efficiency with the Power Platform and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, or a qualified/part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• 4–6 years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis or strategic finance experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling with solid accounting grounding.
• Experience with large data sets and data querying – SQL, Power Query/M.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate).
• Practical experience embedding AI into finance workflows with concrete examples.

Responsibilities

• Be the FP&A point of contact for UK and European stakeholders while the Vancouver team is offline.
• Explain performance, connect revenue/cost/KPIs to business dynamics, and provide clear recommendations.
• Own the monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and land the submission.
• Build/maintain models for recurring revenue, ARR/ACV, churn, and long-range planning.
• Own management reporting and dashboards with narrative packs.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate, consistent results.
• Design and build agentic workflows using AI to speed insights.
