Job summary

ICG, based in London, seeks an FP&A Vice President/Principal to join Group Finance. You will lead FP&A processes, develop forecasts and budgets, and deliver insightful financial analysis for senior leadership and the Board.

The role collaborates with teams across Group Finance and the business, driving improvements in planning, reporting and performance insights to support strategic decisions. A high-performing, collaborative team expects proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A, financial reporting or related finance roles.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; translate data into insights.
• Experience producing or supporting reporting, budgeting, forecasting or business planning outputs for senior stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to improving processes, controls or reporting outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead elements of FP&A processes, including annual budget, business plan updates and forecasting cycles.
• Produce regular financial and operational reporting for senior management, the Board, investment teams and heads of business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and high-quality Finance outputs; improve budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
