Job summary

IRIS is seeking a Finance Analyst within the Commercial Finance team in the UK to partner with Sales and Marketing and deliver meaningful financial insight. You’ll be involved in forecasting, budgeting, reporting and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and work closely with leaders in Sales and Marketing, developing your career in FP&A and business partnering within a fast-paced technology business.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting, or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting and commercial analysis for Sales and Marketing.
• Support month-end activities including accruals and balance sheet responsibilities.
• Assist with budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to manage costs and improve financial performance.
• Analyse marketing investments, campaign performance and conversion metrics.
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses’ forecasts, reporting and KPIs to IRIS standards.
• Deliver financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with wider finance team to drive continuous improvement.
