Job summary

Onclusive, a world leader in media intelligence, seeks a strategic VP of FP&A to drive planning, forecasting, and performance reporting in a private equity-backed SaaS environment. You will partner with executives to deliver insights that accelerate growth and profitability, overseeing a scalable FP&A function.

You will lead cross-functional planning, build dashboards for ARR/MRR/CAC/CLV, and guide data-driven decisions while optimizing finance systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with senior FP&A leadership roles, including 5+ years directly supporting SaaS/subscription models.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Business Central, Excel, Tableau, SQL and Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs (ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, churn).
• Experience with CPM tools and finance transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent financial modeling and scenario planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide budgeting, long-range strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and driver-based scenario modeling across revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Own board presentations, investor materials, and monthly operating reviews.
• Drive analysis of SaaS KPIs (ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, churn) to inform strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to evaluate investments and improve pipeline visibility.
• Build and lead FP&A team; drive finance automation, data integration, and BI/planning tools.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives and implement FP&A tools to streamline planning and ensure data reliability.
