Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Enterprise division with financial planning, reporting, and analysis across our SaaS and AI products. You will manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting to leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Finance to drive profitability, pricing decisions and growth initiatives while ensuring accuracy across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance/SaaS experience.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience with a Financial Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (OneStream preferred).
  • Familiarity with ARR, NRR, churn and other recurring revenue metrics.
  • Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Enterprise division's P&L end-to-end with forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Produce regular management reporting including KPIs such as ARR, NRR, churn and bookings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success and Product to forecast revenue and renewals.
  • Ensure timely revenue and performance reporting monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Develop reporting and modeling to drive revenue growth and profitability.

About the opportunity

Xplor is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Fitness Enterprise FP&A team. This role provides critical FP&A support for our Enterprise division, whose products serve many of the largest fitness chains globally through our various SaaS, Payments and AI products. This person will be a key member of the Enterprise finance team and will be responsible for financial reporting, revenue and commercial analysis, and financial planning that directly supports the division’s growth.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be highly analytical with strong attention to detail, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, revenue-generating business unit, and will enjoy working with large commercial and financial datasets, analyzing and transforming these into clear insights that inform pricing, growth and investment decisions.

Responsibilities / What you will do:

  • Own and manage the Enterprise division's P&L end-to-end, maintaining the financial model and providing accurate actuals, forecasts, variance analysis and scenario planning to support commercial and leadership decision-making
  • Produce comprehensive regular management reporting including revenue, financial, commercial and operational key performance indicators (KPI’s) — including ARR, net revenue retention, churn and bookings — that help explain Enterprise division performance and inform future decision making
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success and Product leadership to build and maintain revenue, bookings and renewal forecasts for the Enterprise portfolio; track unit economics and profitability by client and segment to inform go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue and performance reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Provide key financial and commercial insights that assist with driving revenue growth, profitability, efficiency and cash flow management across the Enterprise portfolio
  • Partner with various internal teams to create simple but powerful business intelligence and reporting which enables Sales, Client Success, Product and Finance teams to manage performance effectively
  • Analyze complex commercial and financial datasets — including customer, contract and usage data — to draw meaningful conclusions and provide clear messages and summaries to leadership
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Success and Product teams to develop financial reporting, analysis and modeling that drives improved commercial results
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed, including deal and pricing support for large enterprise contracts

  • 5+ years of relevant finance / SaaS experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience using a Financial Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (OneStream experience is preferred), and familiarity with recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, NRR, gross/net retention and churn
  • Experience using and building dashboards with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI experience is preferred)
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and dealing with complex issues
  • Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, with an understanding of subscription/recurring revenue business models
  • Ability to work in an environment that presents constant change and some ambiguity
  • Demonstrated experience partnering and influencing business partners and leaders, ideally including Sales, Revenue Operations or Deal Desk functions
  • Experience presenting complex financial models and topics in a manner that is clear and concise, resulting in quick business decisions and action items
  • Ability to build and nurture productive working relationships with individuals and teams regionally and globally
  • Attention to detail, persistent, organized and highly motivated
  • Commercial curiosity and comfort operating close to Sales and revenue-generating teams, ideally with prior exposure to pricing, contract or deal economics in a B2B SaaS or subscription business
