Job summary

Behavox, a cloud-native AI company, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core financial model, run acquisition scenarios, and deliver insights for leadership. You will integrate budgets into the model, build pro-forma views, and drive finance-wide decision support with rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of three-statement and operating model for SaaS, including revenue recognition and cost treatment.
• Strong forecasting skills with bottom-up and driver-based modeling for SaaS metrics.
• Experience valuing acquisitions and integrating them into a consolidated model.
• Deep understanding of how business and functions drive revenue and costs.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools in finance workloads.

Responsibilities

• Financial Model Ownership: maintain core model with scenarios and sensitivity analyses, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Acquisition Modeling & Integration: build valuations and pro-forma models for due diligence.
• Business-Review Reporting: prepare narratives for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews for leadership and investors.
• Metrics Analysis & Partnering: diagnose metric shifts and provide actionable recommendations.
• AI-Enabled Productivity: leverage AI and automation to shorten cycles while preserving judgment.
