Capgemini Invent UK seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams, architecting and delivering AI-powered systems end-to-end. You will prototype fast, then ship robust production solutions while explaining trade-offs to CTOs and VPs.

The role blends hands-on coding with strategic stakeholder engagement, operating in a hybrid on-site setting and contributing to expanding agentic AI delivery models.

Qualifications

• Senior or principal software engineer with production end-to-end ownership.
• Experience collaborating with client leadership and presenting technical strategy.
• Strong backend/frontend and AI system design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Embed within client environments to design and build AI solutions.
• Architect end-to-end delivery from discovery to production.
• Prototype quickly, then harden into robust systems.
• Lead evaluation frameworks and communicate trade-offs to executives.
