Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams, architecting and delivering production-grade AI and agentic solutions. You will own end-to-end architecture, prototype rapidly, and present trade-offs to senior leadership in fast-moving engagements.

The role blends consulting rigor with hands-on engineering across backend, frontend, and cloud, with a focus on scalable, secure systems and evaluation-driven development in dynamic client contexts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering production-grade AI systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Embed within client environments (often on-site or hybrid) to architect and deliver bespoke AI and agentic solutions.
• Own technical architecture from discovery through to production deployment.
• Present architecture and trade-offs to Directors and C-suite audiences.
• Prototype quickly in ambiguous environments and harden into scalable systems.
• Define engineering standards and mentor engineers on evaluation-driven development.
