Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading Facilities Management organisation, overseeing operations across a large and high-profile contract at Heathrow. You will lead day-to-day FM operations, manage engineering teams, maintain safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experienced FM professional with leadership capability.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, SLAs and budgets.
• Experience overseeing large or complex facilities contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day FM operations across the contract.
• Motivate and support operational and engineering teams.
• Build strong relationships with client and stakeholders.
• Ensure maintenance is delivered to SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers for quality and performance.
• Ensure health & safety, compliance and procedures are followed.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support reporting, budgeting and commercial performance.
• Handle issues proactively and provide solutions.
• Drive a customer-focused culture on site.
