Invictus Group in Central London is seeking an experienced Data Centre Contract Manager to take responsibility for the operational delivery of a critical facilities management contract.

This senior post requires a proven track record in managing FM or engineering contracts within data centres or other mission-critical environments, with emphasis on resilience, compliance and safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Critical-environment contract management experience is essential.
• Experience managing FM or engineering contracts in data centres or mission-critical environments.
• Strong commercial and client-management skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of PPM, compliance and statutory maintenance.
• Structured approach to risk, escalation and operational resilience.
• Engineering/building services background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of a critical facilities management contract.
• Lead engineering and hard-services teams within a data centre.
• Oversee M&E maintenance, PPM and reactive works.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and compliance are achieved.
• Manage client relationships and act as operational contact.
• Oversee subcontractors and specialist providers.
• Manage budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
• Ensure all site compliance and risk management.
• Lead contract review meetings and performance reporting.
• Support lifecycle projects and technical upgrades.
