Job summary

Global Guardians is seeking an experienced FM Service Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day facilities and maintenance across multiple properties in London and the South East. You will supervise a team of around 10 operatives, coordinate contractors, and drive safety, compliance and service quality to ensure properties are ready for occupation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong budgeting skills and the ability to optimise maintenance programmes while meeting target timescales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance or facilities team in a multi-property environment.
• Proven ability to plan and manage reactive, planned and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Strong knowledge of statutory property compliance and Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the FM and Maintenance Team to achieve objectives.
• Plan workloads, allocate resources and monitor performance to maximise productivity.
• Ensure properties remain safe, compliant and ready for occupation; manage contractors and RAMS/COSHH compliance.
