Job summary

Golf Fang Glasgow is seeking a Senior Floor Server to ensure guests receive the highest standard of service and have the best time. You will oversee floor servers to achieve sales targets and drive revenue, while leading training sessions on product knowledge, service, safety and venue information.

You will mentor the team in upsell techniques, customer care, and brand standards in a high-energy, busy environment, delivering memorable guest experiences across our venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy floor/waiting/host teams.
• Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
• At least 6 months floor/waiting/hosting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee floor servers to achieve sales targets and improve revenue.
• Hold regular training sessions to equip the team with product knowledge, customer service, safety and venue information.
