Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong leadership with coaching and development experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-resolution skills.
• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of store operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to uphold premium standards in flagship settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring premium experiences.
• Drive commercial performance through merchandising, stock management and team motivation.
• Own store KPIs and monitor progress to achieve strong results.
• Support day-to-day operations including opening/closing routines, cash processes, audits, stock accuracy and cost control.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop colleagues to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.
