Job summary

Alarm Communication Limited (ACL) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead delivery of multiple Fire & Security projects. You will oversee internal engineers and approved subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

The role requires strong technical or engineering background in Fire Alarms, Electronic Security or integrated systems, and experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire & Security industry.
• Proven project management experience or strong engineering background.
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial or enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Fire & Security projects across key client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead internal engineering teams and subcontractors across multiple live projects.
• Prepare project quotations and pricing for additional works and variations.
• Ensure defect rectification and remedial works to agreed quality standards.
• Own major project programmes and ensure contractual and technical requirements are met.
• Monitor financial performance including forecasting and invoicing.
• Ensure SHEQ compliance including RAMS and audits.
• Support development of the wider team and promote continuous improvement.
