Alarm Communication Limited (ACL) is seeking a technically minded Project Manager to lead Fire & Security projects across London and surrounding counties. You will manage internal engineers and approved subcontractors, ensuring safe, on-time delivery to the highest standards within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in Fire Alarms, Electronic Security, or integrated systems, with strong IP/network knowledge and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.
• Strong technical or engineering background in Fire Alarms, Electronic Security, Integrated Systems.
• Good understanding of IP-based and networked security systems.
• Experience managing engineers, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organising skills with attention to detail.
• Professional and confident communicator with client relationships.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple Fire & Security projects on time and to high standards.
• Be the primary contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal engineers and subcontractors across live projects.
• Prepare quotations and pricing for variations.
• Ensure defect rectification and quality standards.
• Own major project programmes and contractual obligations.
• Monitor financial performance including forecasting and invoicing.
• Ensure RAMS, audits, and SHEQ reporting.
• Support development of the wider team.
