Job summary

Stantec in the UK is seeking an Associate Fire Risk Consultant to take a leading role in shaping how fire risk services are developed and delivered. You’ll lead client-facing engagements across diverse buildings and sectors, delivering practical advice and growing a high-performing team.

You will mentor consultants, review complex technical outputs, and shape multidisciplinary bids, ensuring high-quality reporting and long-term client relationships. Hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fire risk assessments across a range of building types.
• Ability to review technical outputs and provide clear direction to others.
• Experience mentoring or developing consultants and supporting team capability.
• Experience managing or overseeing complex instructions.
• Interested in building client relationships and contributing to business development.
