Job summary

Stantec is expanding its Fire Engineering capability within its Buildings business in the UK. You will lead fire engineering strategies on diverse projects from concept through construction, balancing performance-based and code-compliant design while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will mentor engineers, manage client relationships, contribute to business development, and influence project delivery with a technical leadership mindset across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fire Engineering or a related discipline.
• CEng or working toward chartership with IFE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of fire engineering strategies from concept to handover.
• Act as technical authority on projects and guide design teams.
• Manage client relationships and lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Support bids and identify opportunities to expand the service.
