Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Fire Engineer to join our expanding Fire Engineering capability within the Buildings practice. You will work on projects delivering fire strategies from concept through construction, collaborating with clients nationwide from UK offices.

You will lead design decisions, support modelling inputs, and guide junior engineers while contributing to business development and client relationship growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fire engineering strategies for complex buildings.
• Confident communicator able to present technical information clearly to clients.
• Experience working in a consultancy on multidisciplinary projects.
• Interested in contributing to business development and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of fire engineering strategies from concept through handover.
• Lead project workstreams and coordinate with other disciplines and clients.
• Support bid activities and strengthen client relationships.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
