Job summary

You will own day-to-day delivery of planned, reactive and corrective maintenance activities, lead engineering teams, coach staff, drive performance and ensure safety, quality and compliance with contracts and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire industry or fire service operations.
• Experience leading field-based engineering teams.
• Hands-on management style with the ability to coach and develop engineers.
• Strong focus on customer service, health & safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a field-based Fire Service & Maintenance team across North/West London and Home Counties.
• Coach, develop and train engineers; identify training needs.
• Drive productivity, service performance and operational standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service levels.
