Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Detection & Alarms field operations across London and the Home Counties. You will oversee planned, reactive and corrective service activities, driving productivity, safety and continued profitable growth.

The role combines hands-on leadership with development of engineering teams, ensuring high standards of service, and effective budget management.

Qualifications

• Fire industry experience is essential.
• Experience in people management with a hands-on approach.
• Key account management experience would be advantageous.
• Always deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Fire Service/Maintenance team.
• Develop the career potential of engineering staff and define training requirements.
