Job summary

Workiva Inc. in London is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as the technical lead for enterprise sales in Financial Services.

You will bridge business transformation with data architectures, modernisation and practical AI capabilities, delivering tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept. You will partner with Sales to capture complex requirements, design customised solutions using the Workiva platform and develop compelling ROI-driven business cases.

Qualifications

6+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting or related advisory roles.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience in Financial Services across Investments/Insurance/Banking.
Experience with financial reporting tech (Allvue, SS&C, Yardi, Investran, Oracle, Workiva, SAP, Workday).
Experience delivering software demos and proofs of concept for complex enterprise platforms.
Hands-on SaaS, cloud and enterprise-architecture knowledge including integrations and data management.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical lead for enterprise sales opportunities within FS.
Partner with Regional Sales Directors to understand customer challenges and desired outcomes.
Lead discovery and value-based conversations across core Workiva solutions (Financial Reporting, GRC, Sustainability).
Present architecture and product demonstrations tailored to FS customers.
Develop example solutions, prototypes and proofs of concept.
Collaborate with Solution Consultants to create demo environments for customers.
Build business cases and ROI-focused proposals with Sales.
Support Territory and Pipeline Development with hypothesis-driven plans.
