• Provide independent oversight across the financial risk landscape.
• Identify and assess capital, investment and liquidity risks.
• Challenge how financial risks are managed and propose improvements.
• Offer risk insight and formal opinions on strategic finance initiatives.
• Support syndicate oversight with risk-based approaches.
• Monitor emerging risks and lead thematic reviews.
• Assist validation of the Internal Model and related components.
• Improve Risk Management processes, systems and data analytics.
• Contribute to ORSA, stress/testing, regulatory submissions and reports.
• Present clear analysis to senior management and Risk Committee.
• Build relationships across Treasury, Investment Management and Central Finance.
• Lead or support cross-team projects in response to priorities.
