Job summary

Lloyd's is seeking a Senior Actuary (Capital Oversight) to provide independent challenge and governance over syndicate capital, shaping decisions for a robust, well-capitalised market. You will lead reviews of capital model assumptions, diversification and validation, and present evidence-based recommendations to senior forums.

As a senior member, you’ll drive projects, coach colleagues and provide technical guidance, collaborating with managing agents and actuarial teams across the Lloyd’s

Qualifications

• Qualified actuary with significant capital modelling experience.
• Strong non-life insurance expertise.
• Knowledge of actuarial techniques and capital regulation.
• Experience reviewing and challenging complex analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead work and support others.
