Chubb is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join its UK & Ireland Financial Lines Claims Team, handling a diverse portfolio of Management Liability claims across jurisdictions. The role can be based in London or Birmingham, with hybrid working options and exposure to D&O, EPL, Cyber and Financial Institutions matters.

You will manage complex, high‑value claims, deliver excellent service and support colleagues while maintaining strong client relationships and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Lines claims, ideally with D&O and EPL exposure.
• Experience handling Cyber or Financial Institutions claims is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of the insurance/reinsurance market and coverage issues.
• Confidence managing complex claims and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Independent, yet collaborative with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
• Commitment to continuous learning and technical development.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload from first notification through to closure
• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust claims in line with Chubb best practice
• Ensure prompt settlement, accurate reserving, and effective control of vendor expenses
• Work closely with policyholders, brokers, solicitors, loss adjusters, insurers, and other third parties
• Represent Chubb in internal and external meetings, including broker and client review meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a high standard of customer service
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and guidance
• Collaborate with Senior Adjusters, Technical Leads, Technical Managers, and the Team Manager on complex claims
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements
