Job summary

Chubb Ltd. is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join the UK & Ireland Financial Lines Claims Team. The role covers a diverse portfolio including Management Liability and related areas, with offices in London or Birmingham.

You will manage complex, high‑value claims from first notice to closure, work closely with brokers, policyholders, and third parties, and help uphold Chubb’s reputation for outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Manage a varied caseload from first notification through to closure
• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust claims in line with Chubb best practice
• Ensure prompt settlement, accurate reserving, and effective control of vendor expenses
• Work closely with policyholders, brokers, solicitors, loss adjusters, insurers, and other third parties
• Represent Chubb in internal and external meetings, including broker and client review meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a high standard of customer service
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and guidance
• Collaborate with Senior Adjusters, Technical Leads, Technical Managers, and the Team Manager on complex claims
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements

We have a new Senior Claims Adjuster role available to join our UK & Ireland Financial Lines Claims Team, handling a diverse portfolio of Management Liability claims across multiple jurisdictions and client segments, including major accounts. The role can be based in our London or Birmingham office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced claims professional to work on complex, high-value matters, with exposure across Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Pension Trustee Liability, Crime, and related areas including Cyber and Financial Institutions.

You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding claims service, supporting colleagues, and helping us maintain our reputation as a trusted, solutions-focused insurer.
