Job summary

Chubb is recruiting a Senior Financial Lines Underwriter based in Manchester, with a requirement to attend the office 3 days per week. You will manage offline renewal portfolios for large, complex UK & Ireland accounts, leveraging expertise in D&O, PTL, EPL, Crime, PI and Cyber.

Qualifications

Strong technical experience in Financial Lines products including D&O, PTL, EPL, Crime, PI or Cyber.

Responsibilities

Manage and retain a portfolio of larger, complex renewals in line with underwriting strategy.
Ensure underwriting decisions are made with integrity, high service levels and quality.
Coach and support colleagues within the team.
Attend external meetings to develop and maintain relationships with brokers.
Build and maintain a strong external reputation and act as an ambassador for the Chubb brand.
Foster and maintain relationships with branch and product stakeholders to drive performance.
Seek cross-sell opportunities within the Financial Lines suite and the wider P&C arena.
Behave in line with Chubb’s values, ethics, culture and service standards.
