Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Senior Financial Controls Manager to own and enhance the group’s financial governance, reporting and control environment. You will report to the Head of Financial Controls, support acquisitions and integrations, coordinate audits, and drive improvements across processes and systems.

The role requires strong UK GAAP knowledge, experience in consolidations and external audits, and a track record of leading finance teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with strong financial controls and governance experience.
• Significant experience in financial accounting, controls, audit or statutory reporting.
• Experience producing consolidated group accounts and coordinating external audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen financial control framework and balance sheet integrity.
• Own monthly balance sheet and cash flow reporting and statutory accounts preparation.
• Coordinate group and subsidiary accounts consolidation and external audits.
• Oversee regulatory submissions including HMRC and other bodies and lead treasury reporting.
