• Own the finance function, overseeing financial control, accounting and reporting across the business.
• Lead management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management with clear performance insights.
• Partner with senior management on commercial decision-making, planning and business performance.
• Maintain strong financial controls and processes, ensuring statutory, tax and accounting requirements are met.
• Oversee the wider finance operation, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll and external advisers.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance with a proactive, commercial mindset.
