Chase & Holland are recruiting a Financial Controller for a large, established organisation. This is a broad senior finance role with responsibility across Financial Accounts, Management Accounts and Purchasing, combining technical finance, team leadership and continuous improvement.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operation while becoming a key partner to the CFO and wider leadership team. The role offers substantial scope, a real leadership challenge and a generous benefits

Formación

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CIPFA accountant.
• Experience in financial and management accounting.
• Experience leading a sizeable finance team.
• Strong Excel and finance systems knowledge.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

Responsabilidades

• Leading monthly and annual financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Improving financial controls, systems and processes
• Managing statutory reporting and external audit
• Providing insight and challenge to budget holders
• Leading, mentoring and developing a sizeable finance team
• Driving greater accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement across finance
