Job summary

UK Staffing Group Limited invites an experienced Financial Controller to Manchester to lead the finance function with autonomy and strategic influence. The role focuses on financial performance, reporting, controls and advising senior leadership.

Hybrid working is offered, with three days in the office and two from home. Successful candidates will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a track record in senior finance roles, ideally within SaaS or a business with recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior finance experience.
• Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue business is advantageous.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial performance, reporting and planning.
• Provide clear, meaningful financial information to support business decisions.
• Maintain effective financial controls and ensure reporting obligations are met.
• Manage and support the existing finance team.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
• Support the wider business with commercial analysis and financial guidance.
