The Best Connection is recruiting a Financial Controller for Bromsgrove to lead a sizeable finance function and report to the CFO. You will drive performance, develop people and deliver meaningful business insight across Accounts, Payroll and Credit Control.

You will own monthly management accounts, budgeting and cash flow, delivering commercial insight to senior leadership while shaping the function through transformation. The role offers a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Proven leadership of sizeable finance teams.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly management accounts and reporting cycle.
