Job Overview:

Sitting at the heart of Finance, the Business Analysis team (part of Business Planning and Analysis) is a key team within TJX Europe. This team produces financial analysis and provides rationale behind strategic decisions. They also handle ad-hoc investment appraisal and analysis, offering high visibility and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with various functions across the organisation, providing financial and analytical support to achieve goals, challenge current thinking, and recommend optimisations.
• Collaborate daily with the Business Analysis Manager to support strategic decisions with cohesive analytics.
• Provide insights on competitors, market trends, and implications for the business.
• Support trials and 'Test and Learn' initiatives, analyse results with statistical software, and present findings to Senior Leadership.
