Team and Role

The Business Analysis team, within Finance, is key to strategic decision-making, providing financial analysis and business cases, as well as insightful ad-hoc analysis. This Senior Analyst role offers a chance to be a true business partner, delivering impactful projects using various data sources and visualization techniques, and supporting the entire organization including Marketing, Operations, Property, Merchandising, Buying, Distribution, Ecommerce, and more. This role provides exposure to the Senior Leadership Team, including the European CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with various functions to support their financial and analytical needs
• Collaborate with the Business Analysis Manager to provide cohesive support for strategic decisions
• Challenge current thinking and recommend optimizations to maximize opportunities and reduce risks
• Assist in building financial business cases for large investments
• Support trials, advise on Test and Learn practices, analyze results, and present findings to Senior Leadership
• Provide insights on competitors, market trends, and potential impacts, along with alternative solutions

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Highly analytical with strong business intelligence skills
• Strong business modeling capabilities
• Curious about the off-price retail model
• Initiative-driven and problem-solving oriented
• Flexible and forward-thinking
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex analysis
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is desirable
• Accounting qualification, MBA, or relevant business planning experience preferred
• Experience in retail or FMCG sectors is a plus
