Job Description:

The Business Analysis team (part of Business Planning and Analysis) is a key part of TJX Europe's finance function. This team produces financial analysis to support strategic decisions and provides high-visibility insights into investment appraisal and analysis.

Job Summary

This Senior Analyst role offers an excellent opportunity to be a strategic finance partner. You will deliver projects by providing insightful analysis using multiple data sources and visualization techniques to answer key business questions, supporting various functions including Retail, Ecommerce, Distribution, Property, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and Buying. You will also gain exposure to the Senior Leadership Team, including the European CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with functions across the organization, providing financial and analytical support to optimize business opportunities and minimize risks.
• Collaborate daily with the Business Analysis Manager to inform strategic decisions and provide insights on competitors, market trends, and implications for the business.
• Support business trials, working with teams outside Finance on Test and Learn methodologies, analyzing results with statistical software, and presenting findings to Senior Leadership to inform large-scale investments.
