Job description
Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, this role is designed to support 7IM growth through development of financial models, delivering strategic finance projects, accurate management information, and providing insightful analysis to support business decision-making.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain financial models to aimed at delivering quick and accurate pricing analysis.

  • Play a leading role in delivering system upgrades and process efficiencies.

  • Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary data and ensure the integrity of financial models and projections.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify key trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, especially in pricing and cost management.

  • Assist in the production of monthly reports for various areas of the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Deliver strategic finance projects to enhance team reporting capabilities through standardisation, simplification, and automation.

  • Provide ad hoc business support and collaborate with senior leaders on projects.

  • Ensure all reporting aligns with the company's vision, purpose, values, and personality.

  • Produce timely, relevant, and accurate management reports.


About You


  • Previous experience in financial reporting and modelling is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques.

  • Experience in retail financial services is advantageous.

  • Experience of delivering process improvements.
