the company, a global CEO advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Manager/Associate Director for its Financial Advisory team. You will lead on diverse engagements, manage junior staff, and support Directors in client-facing delivery across sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Restructuring experience in professional services, consultancy or bank.
• Understanding of financial statements and outlook for client companies and prospects.
• Strong analytical skills including planning, cash flows and financing options.
• Insolvency legislation knowledge with relevant assignment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts of engagements, including junior staff and support to Senior Managing Director/Director in managing external stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive financial restructuring and cash management services to identify working capital improvements.
• Review and stress-test business plans, budgeting and forecasting models using data-driven approaches.
• Develop and present financial advisory options with input from tax, sector and financial modelling teams.
• Produce high-quality deliverables within planned timescales.
• Coordinate with lenders' legal advisors on key documentation and workflows (term sheets, waivers, loan documentation, insolvency agreements).
• Develop and input into insolvency strategies and deliver key aspects of insolvency assignments.
