Job summary

FRP Advisory is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in our Restructuring Advisory team. You will work on a wide range of assignments including pre-lend reviews, cash flow forecasts, and options reviews for distressed companies.

You will lead a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder engagement across administrations, CVAs, and related processes. You will manage case progression, draft high-quality reports, and liaise with directors, creditors, and legal

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (ACCA/ACA) qualifications.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CPI, JIEB, ACA, ACCA) advantageous.
• Proven experience in managing insolvency or restructuring assignments.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
• Excellent written and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and strong core maths.
• Collaborative team player with ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, present and comment on financial information including management accounts, audited accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases (administrations, CVLs, WUCs, CVAs, BKYs).
• Lead case planning, strategy, and execution with minimal supervision.
• Draft and review high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise with directors, creditors, legal advisors and accountants.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
