Job summary

FRP Advisory in London is seeking a Senior Manager for the Restructuring Advisory practice with a strong background in distressed advisory and professional services.

The role concentrates on contingency planning, cash flow analysis, and monitoring, with knowledge of UK insolvency processes. You will manage teams, lead complex projects and contribute to growth strategies and client development.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restructuring advisory.
• CII qualification is preferred, but not a requirement.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restructuring advisory projects from inception to completion.
• Where required, perform a senior role on insolvency engagements with focus on strategy and operations.
• Build and sustain excellent relationships with clients, establishing rapport and trust and assume ownership of client relationships.
• Be a first point of client contact.
• Focus on pre-appointment advice, with involvement in formal restructuring processes as required.
• Experience of delivering mid-market and larger scale assignments, and reporting to partners and clients.
• Conduct financial analysis and report writing for partner review.
• Review work of junior team members and provide guidance and supervision.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients.
• Lead on preparation and delivery of pitches and presentations to potential clients.
• Support Restructuring Advisory directors in targeting and retaining key clients and work providers.
• Lead and mentor the junior restructuring advisory team in London.
• Collaborate with other FRP pillars and offices to leverage expertise and resources.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
