Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a performance analytics specialist to produce trusted KPI reporting, data analytics and insights for HAFS leaders. You will execute the analytics strategy and deliver reporting that aligns with business requirements to support a customer promise-led delivery model.

In this role you will collaborate with partners across the organisation, interpret KPI trends, ensure data integrity and manage multiple tasks to deadlines while driving improvements in service delivery with Power

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver KPI reporting and analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong numeracy with understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools, especially Power BI.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO environments is preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce trusted KPI reporting, KPI analysis and actionable insights for HAFS leaders.
• Execute HAFS’s metric reporting and analytics strategy against business requirements.
• Provide metric reporting, data analytics and insight supporting a customer promise-led delivery model.
• Deliver performance metric and KPI reporting and analytics for assigned HAFS functional areas.
• Interpret key business drivers within a shared services environment.
• Collaborate with business partners at various organisational levels and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines.
• Support data integrity and reliable, actionable performance analytics.
• Interpret KPI trends and provide reliable data inputs for decision-making.
• Help functional leaders monitor service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
