Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a performance analytics specialist to produce trusted KPI reporting, data analytics and insights for HAFS leaders. You will execute the analytics strategy and deliver reporting that aligns with business requirements to support a customer promise-led delivery model.

In this role you will collaborate with partners across the organisation, interpret KPI trends, ensure data integrity and manage multiple tasks to deadlines while driving improvements in service delivery with Power

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver KPI reporting and analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong numeracy with understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools, especially Power BI.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO environments is preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Proven ability to work using own initiative in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple demands and appropriately prioritise responsibilities
• Commitment to customer service and ability to build, manage and maintain relationships with business partners across the organisation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good project management skills, including managing details through completion and meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills with some understanding of finance and accounting environments
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel
• Proficiency in business intelligence/analytics software, particularly Microsoft Power BI
• Previous experience within a Shared Services, Centre of Excellence or Business Process Outsourcing environment (preferred)
• Hospitality industry experience (preferred)
• Experience applying AI in a business intelligence or analytics context (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate (preferred)
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL (preferred)
