Job summary

Hilton's HAFS Performance Governance team seeks a Senior Analyst to deliver trusted performance reporting and KPI analysis across designated functional areas, enabling leaders to identify opportunities and maintain a customer-focused experience.

Under guidance from the Manager, you will own day-to-day KPI reporting, analytics, and insights, collaborating with internal partners and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely decision-making that drives service excellence.

Qualifications
