Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead finance teams across multiple sites. You will deliver clear reporting on results for GXO and the customer, covering weekly flashes, period reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and data for operational decision-making.

The role is full-time with Mon-Fri hours (08:00–16:00) and some flexibility. Based in the Midlands area with travel to sites in Andover, Avonmouth, Lea Green, Thurrock and Wellingborough, with some home working.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accounting designation (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in a similar finance role with open-book contracts.
• Understanding of transport or distribution sectors is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust accounting and visibility of results through weekly and period reporting.
• Confirm balance sheet clarity across contract areas for customer reviews and SOX compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly review packs and financial reviews with customers.
• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Oversee Gainshare controls and ensure maximum contract value is delivered in line with the contract.
• Maintain robust stock accounting controls.
