GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner on a full-time basis for a multi-site role, leading finance teams across Andover, Avonmouth, Lea Green, Thurrock and Wellingborough.

The role requires Midlands based candidate with travel 3–4 days weekly, plus 1–2 days at a site or home, delivering robust reporting and insightful financial analysis. Qualifications

• Fully qualified - CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role with open book contracts.
• Understanding of Transport.
• Proven track record building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of financial management systems.
• Experience in the distribution sector or similar in size and complexity desirable.
• Experience managing challenging stakeholder relationships and leading a team.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring robustness of accounting within GXO and visibility of results to the customer through weekly and period reporting.
• Clarify balance sheet position across contract areas for customer review and internal SOX compliance.
• Produce weekly and monthly reviews and period packs for customers.
• Lead budgeting and monthly forecast cycles.
• Oversee gainshare and contract-related financial controls with operations.
• Maintain robust stock accounting controls.
