Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and SOX exposure.
• Proven ability to lead a small finance team and collaborate with operations.
• Experience in financial governance, controls and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial performance reporting and analysis with insights and KPI updates.
• Partner with operations to support growth, onboarding and commercial decisions.
• Own financial governance, SOX controls, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Manage onsite finance team, set objectives and coach for improvement.
• Support Nottingham and Immingham finance activities during onboarding period.
