Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant- ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong finance business partnering capability with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver change and create commercial value.
• Clear explanation of financial information to non-finance colleagues.
• Sound commercial judgement and constructive challenge of assumptions.
• Strong analytical skills with practical issue-resolution.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide clear financial insight that supports day-to-day and longer-term decisions.
• Provide robust commercial insight and influence decision-making across the business.
• Drive accountability throughout the organisation and ensure decisions are focused on value creation.
• Work collaboratively with commercial teams on contract performance, contract costing and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Lead financial planning conversations, ensuring key assumptions and priorities are understood across the business.
• Challenge financial assumptions to improve the quality of commercial decisions.
• Present financial findings to senior stakeholders in a concise, accessible format.
• Identify areas where financial processes and reporting can be improved to support better decision-making.
