Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a large, complex organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner focused on revenue-generating areas. You will partner with commercial, sales and operational stakeholders to drive revenue performance through data-led decision-making.

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering for Revenue, you will support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, develop financial models and business cases to back strategic decisions, and challenge senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers.
• Experience supporting sales, commercial, marketing or customer-facing functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities.
• Confident to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Curious to understand drivers behind business performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leaders to support revenue growth initiatives.
• Deliver insightful analysis on revenue performance, trends and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Evaluate commercial performance and ROI across key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive sustainable growth.
• Challenge assumptions and provide robust financial insight to senior stakeholders.
• Support pricing, promotional and customer-focused decision-making where appropriate.
• Produce clear, actionable recommendations based on financial and commercial analysis.
