You will lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, support grant/donor reporting and drive process improvements while developing the finance team. Hybrid working opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- Qualified finance professional with ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Experience in finance business partnering and stakeholder management
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Understanding of digital transformation and process improvements
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with budget holders and operational leaders to provide financial guidance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Produce management accounts, financial analysis and performance reporting
- Support grant and donor reporting requirements
- Provide insight into financial performance and key business initiatives
- Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting
- Support digital transformation initiatives
- Lead and develop finance team members
